Land Customs Station for Export to Bangladesh Notification No. 2/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 23-1-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Ghasuapara, under the jurisdiction of the Collector of Customs and Central Excise, Shillong as land customs station for the clearance of eoal to be exported by land or inland water to Bangladesh and the road from Ghasuapara (Garo Hills, India) to Haluaghat (Mymensingh, Bangladesh) as the route by which alone the said coal may pass by land or inland water from India to Bangladesh. 2. This notification shall be valid upto the 31st day of March, 1990.
