Exchange Rate Amendment - 74/89 - Customs - Non Tariff

Exchange Rate Amendment Notification No. 74/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-12-1989 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 59(N.T.)-Cus. [S.O. 764(E)], dated 27th September, 1989, namely :- In the Schedule below the said Notification for Serial No. 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 16 SWISS FRANCS 9.1300 This rate will be effective from 24-12-1989.
