Exchange Rate Notification No. 69/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 6-12-1989 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of Clause (a) of sub-section 3 of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 59/NT-Customs, (S.O. 764(E)), dated 27th September, 1989, namely :- In the Schedule below the said notification for Sl. No. 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely :- (1) (2) (3) 10 Italian lire 7710 This rate will be effective from 9-12-1989.
