Dated 3-11-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 54 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby specifies the Inland Container Depot at SANGANER INDUSTRIAL AREA, JAIPUR, for the purpose of the said clause.
