Amendment to Notification No. 43/87-Cus. Notification No. 58/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-9-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 43/87-Customs, dated the 12th February, 1987, namely :- In the said notification, after the words "and rice", the words "and for unloading of fertilisers" shall be inserted.
