Appointment of Collector of Customs Notification No. 52/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-9-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Bombay to be Collector of Customs, Delhi, Bangalore, Calcutta, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Madras, for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to 58 fax machines smuggled by M/s. Micro Documentation Centre, Bombay and M/s. Fototech Services, Bombay and sold in various cities mentioned above.
