Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial Area appointed Inland Container Depot Notification No. 31/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 7-6-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby appoints the Warehouse of Central Warehousing Corporation in Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial Area of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation as Inland Container Depot for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
