Krishnapatnam declared customs port for unloading of fertilizers Notification No. 24/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 3-5-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Krishnapatnam a place situated in the Nellore district of the State of Andhra Pradesh to be a customs port for the unloading of fertilizers. 2. This notification shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st March, 1990.
