Panvel Taluka declared Warehousing Station Notification No. 23/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-4-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares the entire Panvel Taluka including the Nhava-Sheva Port in District Raigad in the State of Maharashtra to be a warehousing station.
