Amendment to Notification No. 43/87-Cus. - Appointment of ports, air ports etc. Notification No. 17/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 7-4-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 43/87-Customs, dated the 12th February, 1987, namely: - In the said notification, for the words "Rutile", the words "Synthetic Rutile" shall be substituted.
