Baikapady village declared warehousing station Notification No. 8/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 9-2-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Village Baikapady in Mangalore District in the State of Karnataka to be a warehousing station for the purpose of warehousing of melting scrap falling under heading No. 72.04 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975).
