Hyderabad airport appointed as customs airport Notification No. 6/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 6-2-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) - (i) No. 412/86-Customs, dated the 20th August, 1986, (ii) No. 271/87-Customs, dated the 7th July, 1987, (iii) No. 272/87-Customs, dated the 7th July, 1987, the Central Government hereby appoints Hyderabad airport as customs airport for the following purposes, namely :- (a) the loading of any export goods; (b) the unloading of the following imported goods namely :- (i) seed consignments imported by the-International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics (Icriset), (ii) aircraft parts, accessories and materials required for the maintenance of aircraft, (iii) medical equipment, (iv) poultry stocks for breeding purposes, (v) mechinery parts, (vi) trade samples.
