Village Mesma declared warehousing station Notification No. 4/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 13-1-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Village Mesma, Taluka Otpad in District Surat in the State of Gujarat to be a warehousing station for the purposes of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented undertakings.
