Taluka Mahad declared warehousing station Notification No 3/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 3-1-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Taluka Mahad in Raigad District in the State of Maharashtra to be a warehousing station for the purposes of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented undertakings.
