Amendment to Notification No. 120/84-Cus. Notification No. 79/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 18-11-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 120-Customs, dated the 1st May, 1984, namely :- In the said notification, after the word "fertilizers", the words "rock phosphate and sulphur" shall be inserted.
