Amendment to Notification No. 75/75-Cus. Notification No. 70/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 28-10-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 75-Customs, dated the 3rd July, 1975, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial Number 5, in column 3, (a) for the words, "the loading of export goods, namely :-" the brackets, letter and words" (a) the loading of export goods, namely :-" shall be substituted : (b) after item number (ix), the following shall be inserted, namely :- Column 3. "(b) The unloading of goods exported from Srinagar and subsequently reimported."
