Amendment to Notification No. 486/86-Cus. Notification No. 69/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-10-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 61 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary and expedient so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 486/86-Customs, dated the 11th December, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, item (3) shall be omitted.
