Amendment to Notification No. 76/73-Cus. Notification No. 62/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-9-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 76-Customs, dated the 19th May, 1973, namely :- In the said notification, against item 3 relating to the port of Karwar (including Sadashivagad), under the heading "Purpose", after entry (ii), the following entry shall be inserted namely :- "(iii) For loading of granite".
