Gangtok City declared warehousing station Notification No. 30/88-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 13-5-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Gangtok City in the State of Sikkim to be a warehousing station for the purposes of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented units.
