Import of capital goods - Notification Nos. 160/92-Cus., 307/92-Cus. and 122/93-Cus. - Amended Notification: 108/95-Cus. Dated 05-Jun-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby further amends the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) as indicated in Column (2) of the Table hereunder in the manner specified in Column (3) of the said Table. In the said notification, in condition (i), for the words "by a valid licence issued", the words, letters and figures, "by a valid licence issued on or before 30th April, 1995" shall be substituted. 2. Notification No. 307/92-Customs, dated the 28th December, 1992. In the said notification, in condition (i), for the words "covered by a valid licence", the words, figures and letters "covered by a valid licence issued on or before 30th April, 1995", shall be substituted. 3. Notification No. 122/93-Customs, dated the 14th May, 1993. In the said notification, in condition (i), for the words "covered by a valid licence issued", the words, figures and letters, "covered by a valid licence issued on or before 30th April, 1995", shall be substituted.
