Inputs for manufacture of armaments of infantry combat vehicles - Exemption extended upto 30-6-1995 Notification No. 201/94-Cus. Dated 29-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 16/89-Customs, dated 1st February, 1989, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1994", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1995" shall be substituted.
