Erythropoietin - Amendment to Notification No. 164/93-Cus. Notification No. 198/94-Cus. Dated 12-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so do to, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minsitry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 164/93-Customs, dated the 10th September, 1993, namely :- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the letters, words and brackets "rHu Erythropoietin (Hemax)", the word "Erythropoietin" shall be substituted.
