Glass filament yarn for silane treated glass cloth exempted Notification No. 197/94-Cus. Dated 9-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 88/94-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1994, namely : - In list B the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. 13, - (i) in the entry under column (3), for the brackets, figures and words "(vi) Glass filament yarn for Silane treated glass cloth", the brackets, figures and words "(vi) Glass filament yarn" shall be substitued; and (ii) in the entry under column (4), for the words "copper clad laminates" the words "Silane treated Glass fabric/cloth for use in copper clad laminates" shall be substitued.
