EPZ or FTZ allowed to supply/transfer duty free goods imported for export/export promotion/processing Notification No. 191/94-Cus. Dated 6-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 133/94-Customs, dated the 22nd June, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 1, in condition 6, for clause (iii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :- '(iii) permit the said goods or goods manufactured, produced, processed or packaged, to be supplied/transferred from a unit in the Zone to another unit in the same Zone or to a unit in any other Zone or to a hundred per cent export oriented undertaking for the purposes of manufacture and export or for use within the said unit : Provided that clause (iii) shall not apply to goods imported for repairs, reconditioning or reengineering and which have been so repaired, reconditioned or reengineered."
