Missile Development Programme - Exemption to specified goods required thereof - Amendment to Notification No. 257/92-Cus. Notification No. 139/94-Cus. Dated 29-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 257/92-Customs, dated the 12th August, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, - (a) in the proviso, for the words and brackets "Director (Planning and Programme Analysis)", the words "Member-Secretary, Programme Management Board of the Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme" shall be substituted; (b) in the Table, after serial number 32 and entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- "33. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Tiruchirapalli. 34. Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Ranipet. 35. Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Gaziabad".
