Exemption to materials required for use in the manufacture of goods to be supplied to ONGC, GAIL and OIL - Amendment to Notification No. 513/86-Cus. Notification No. 138/94-Cus. Dated 24-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following futher amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 513/86-Customs, dated the 30th December, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 1, in condition (1), after the words "by the licensing authority", the following words and figures shall be inserted, namely :- "before 31st March, 1994, except where such licence has been issued in terms of Transitional arrangements notified in paragraph 2, in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. 40 (RE)/92-97, dated the 9th May, 1994".
