Drawback on imported material used in the goods to be exported - Modification Notification No. 121/94-Cus. Dated 1-6-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 44/91-Customs, dated the 30th May, 1991, namely:- In the Table to the said notification, (i) for the entry against S. No. 35, the entry "J-Acid" shall be substituted; (ii) for the entry against S. No. 40, the entry "Tobias Acid" shall be substituted; (iii) for the entry against S. No. 41, the entry "Polyester Resin (Saturated)" shall be substituted; (iv) for the entry against S. No. 68, the entry "Benzanthrone" shall be substituted.
