Wind operated electricity generator parts - Restriction on their sale withdrawn Notification No. 118/94-Cus. Dated 10-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 64/94-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, in part (ii) of the undertaking, for the words "the same", the words and figures "in respect of goods specified against S. No. 1 in column (2) of the said Table, the same" shall be substituted.
