Donations for earthquake victims - Validity extended Notification No. 107/94-Cus. Dated 30-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 175/93-Customs, dated the 19th October, 1993, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph (2), for the figures and words "31st day of March, 1994", the figures and words "30th day of June, 1994 shall be substituted.
