Machinery, components etc. for LCA Programme goods - Amendment to Notification No. 128/93-Cus. [G.E. No. 35E] Notification No. 191/93-Cus. Dated 30-12-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 128/93- Customs, dated the 8th June, 1993, namely :- In paragraph 1 of the said notification, - (i) in the proviso, in clause (ii), for the words "Deputy Secretary to the Government of India," the words "Under Secretary to the Government of India" shall be substituted; (ii) in the Table, after serial number 50 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and the entry shall be inserted, namely :- "51. Nonferrous Materials Technology Development Centre, Hyderabad."
