Electricity generators (Wind operated) - Goods for - Amendment to Notification No. 89/91-Cus. Notification No. 182/93-Cus. Dated 25-11-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 89/91-Customs dated the 25th July, 1991, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for the entry in column (2) against S. No. 2, the entry "Gear box and parts thereof" shall be substituted.
