Amendments to 7 Notifications - G.E. Nos. 125, 126, 130, 131, 132, 133 127 Notification No. 287/92-Cus. Dated 15-10-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table :- TABLE Sl. No. Notification No. date Amendments (1) (2) (3) 1. 227-Cus./79, dated the 30th November, 1979 In the Table, after Sl. No. 12, the following shall be added, namely :- "13. Material handling equipments, namely, fork lifts, over-head cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers". 2. 77-Cus./80, dated the 17th April, 1980. In the Table, after Sl. No. 12, the following shall be added, namely :- "13 Material handling equipments, namely, fork lifts, over-head cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers". 3. 262-Cus./85, dated the 16th August, 1985. (1) In paragraph 3, for the words, "Export Commissioner", the words, "Develop-ment Commissioner" shall be substituted. (2) In the Table, after Sl. No. 12, the following shall be added, namely :- "13. Material handling equipment's, namely, fork lifts, over-head cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers". 4. 263-Cus./85, dated the 16th August, 1985. (1) In paragraph 3, for the words, "Export Commissioner", the words, "Develop-ment Commissioner" shall be substi tuted. (2) In the Table, after Sl. No. 12, the following shall be added, namely :- "13. Material handling equipments, namely, fork lifts, over-head cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers". 5. 339-Cus./85, dated the 21st November, 1985. (1) In paragraph 3, in clause (a), for the words, "Export Commissioner", the words, "Development Commissioner" shall be substituted. (2) In the Table, after Sl. No. 12, the following shall be added, namely :- "13. Material handling equipments, namely, fork lifts, over-head cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers". 6. 340-Cus./86, dated the 13th June, 1986. (1) In paragraph 3, in clause (a), for the words, "Export Commissioner", the words, "Development Commissioner" shall be substituted. (2) In the Table, after Sl. No. 12, the following shall be added, namely :- "13. Material handling equipments, namely, fork lifts, over-head cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, hoists and stackers". 7. 13-Cus./81, dated the 9th February, 1981. (2) In the Table, after Sl. No. 11, the following shall be added, namely :- "12. Tools, Jigs, Gauges, Fixtures, Moulds, Dies, Instruments and Accesso-ries."
