Auxiliary Duty - Amendment to Notification No. 190/92-Cus. Notification No. 274/92-Cus. Dated 16-9-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 111 of the Finance Act, 1992 (18 of 1992), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 190/92-Customs, dated 14th May, 1992. namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, - (i) serial number 98 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted; and (ii) after serial number 314 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be added, namely :- "315. No. 273-Customs, dated the 16th September, 1992.
