Auxiliary Duty - Amendment to Notification No. 189/92-Cus. Notification No. 272/92-Cus. Dated 16-9-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with the sub-section (4) of section 111 of the Finance Act, 1992 (18 of 1992), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 189/92-Customs, dated the 14th May, 1992, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 14 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be inserted, namely :- 1 2 3 "14A 26 Molybdenum Ores and Concentrates"
