Bulk Drugs - Amendment to Notification No. 45/79-Cus. Notification No. 269/92-Cus. Dated 7-9-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 45/79-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1979, namely :- In the said notification, after the Table, the following explanation shall be added, namely :- "Explanation. - For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the exemption contained in this notification shall also apply to the salts and esters of the goods specified in the Table.".
