Goods Manufactured in and Imported from Nepal - Amendment to Notification No. 203/90-Cus. Notification No. 247/92-Cus. Dated 10-7-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 203/90-Customs, dated the 21st June, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures and words "65 per cent", the figures and words "55 per cent", shall be substituted.
