Paper - Newsprint, writing printing [Chapter 48] Notification No. 73/92-Cus. Dated 1-3-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 28/87-Customs, dated the 27th January, 1987, namely :- In the said notification, for item (i), the following shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule; and".
