Isocyanates and polyols for the manufacture of thermoplastic polyurethane [Chapter 39] Notification No. 61/92-Cus. Dated 1-3-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 72/91-Customs, dated the 25th July, 1991, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. Nos. and entries shall be added, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "4. 28 or 29 Isocyanates Thermoplastic polyurethane 5. 39 Polyols Thermoplastic polyurethane".
