Auxiliary Duty - Amendment to Notification No. 24/91-Cus. Notification No. 19/92-Cus. Dated 15-1-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1991 (18 of 1991), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby further amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 24/91-Cus., dated 14th March, 1991 as follows :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, - After Serial No. 291 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :- "292. No. 18-Customs, dated 15-1-1992."
