Imported Goods for Production of Export Goods - Amendment to Notification No. 13/81-Cus. [G.E. No. 127] Notification No. 9/92-Cus. Dated 3-1-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 13-Customs/81, dated the 9th February, 1981, namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, after condition No. (8), the following condition No. (8A) shall be inserted, namely :- "(8A) The Assistant Collector of Customs may allow the supply/transfer of goods manufactured by a Hundred Per cent Export Oriented Unit to another Hundred Per cent Export Oriented Unit or to a Unit in the Free Trade Zone/Export Processing Zone, subject to the conditions prescribed by him and necessary permission granted by the Board of Approval for Hundred Per cent Export Oriented Undertakings".
