Auxiliary Duty - Amendment to Notifications No. 27/91-Cus. 109/91-Cus. Notification No. 120/91-Cus. Dated 1-8-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Finance Act, 1991 (18 of 1991), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE S. No. Notification No. and Date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 27/91-Customs, dated the 14th March, 1991. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, S. Nos. 5, 15, 16, 17, 48, 53, 62, 67, 69 and 70 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 2. 109/91-Customs, dated the 25th July, 1991. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, S. No. 81 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
