Amendments to 7 Notifications Notification No. 104/91-Cus. Dated 25-7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said TABLE. TABLE S. No. Notification No. and Date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 29/79-Customs, dated the 10th February, 1979. In the Table annexed to the said notification, Sl. Nos. 6, 7 and 8 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 2. 52/85-Customs, dated the 4th March, 1985. In the said notification, in condition (ii), for the letters and figures "Rs. 30,000", the letters and figures "Rs. 60,000" shall be substituted. 3. 5/89-Customs, dated the 12th January, 1989. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be added namely :-"15. Granulated Silver Oxide". 4. 68/89-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1989. In the Table annexed to the said notification, Sl. Nos. 19, 21 and 22 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 5. 267/89-Customs, dated the 1st November, 1989. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and the entry shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) "5. Abrasive Sheets falling under heading No. 6805.20 of the said Schedule. 6. Shanks and Welts falling under heading Nos. 73.26 or 64.06 of the said Schedule." 6. 104/90-Customs, dated 20th March, 1990. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 33 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and the entries shall be added, namely :- "34. On Line Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Machine.". 7. 190/90-Customs, dated the 31st May, 1990. In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. 4, in column (4), for the entry, the entry "100% ad valorem " shall be substituted.
