Exemption from auxiliary duty on all goods under Finance Act, 1990 during the period 5-3-1991 to 31-3-1991 Notification No. 20/91-Cus. Dated 5-3-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 64 of the Finance Act, 1990 (12 of 1990), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts all goods specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), from the whole of the auxiliary duty of customs leviable thereon under sub-section (1) of section 64 of the second mentioned Act during the period commencing on the 5th March, 1991 and ending on the 31st March, 1991.
