Amendment to Notification No. 159/86-Cus. - Machineries and equipments [ Ch. 84] Notification No. 223/90-Cus Dated 26-7-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 159/86-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1986, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 111 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) "112. Bottom press pots. 113. Top pots 8 x 16. 114. Pots for bottom and top to work on fancy cut stones.".
