Amendment to Notification No. 49/90-Cus. [ Ch. 39] Notification No. 213/90-Cus. Dated 19-7-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 49/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 12 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "12 39.12 (i) Cellulose acetate butyrate 55% ad valorem (ii) Cellulose acetate flakes 55% ad valorem (iii) Others 100% ad valorem
