Amendment to Notification No. 162/90-Cus. - G.E. No.140B Notification No. 208/90-Cus. Dated 2-7-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 162/90-Customs, dated the 30th March, 1990. In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Sl. No. 6 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) "7. Acetate Cigarette filter rods.".
