Amendment to Notification No. 315/83-Cus. [Heading 98.01] Notification No. 192/90-Cus. Dated 1-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 315/83-Customs, dated the 26th November, 1983, namely:- In the said notification, for the words "or General Manager in the Department of Telecommunications" the words "or Deputy Director General in the Department of Telecommunications" shall be substituted.
