Amends notification No. 219/84 so as to prescribe a basic duty of 20% on waste paper and waste paper board. Notification No. 63/90-Cus. Dated 20-3-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 219/84-Customs dated the 10th, August, 1984, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures and words "15 per cent ad valorem", the figures and words "20 per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted.
