Collector/Assistant Collector of Customs, Delhi appointed for assessment of duty free goods for Dulbasti Hydro Electric Project in J K Notification No. 9/95-Cus. (N.T.), dated 3-2-1995 In exercise Nof the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Delhi and the Assistant Collector of Customs, Delhi to be the Collector of Customs and the Assistant Collector of Customs respectively, for the purposes of assessment of goods already imported, for the Dulbasti Hydro Electric Project in the State of Jammu and Kashmir by the French Consortium, M/s. DOMEZ - SOGEA-BORIE, the Contractors of National Hydro-electric Power Corporation, duty free under various special exemption orders issued in its favour under sub-section (2) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962.
