Import of goods manufactured in Nepal [G.E. No. 119] Notification No. 328/88-Cus. Dated 30-12-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 132-Customs, dated the 2nd July, 1980, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 67 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted, namely :- "68. Writing and Printing Paper".
